ClipToolbox lets you trim and edit videos in your browser. It is provided free and "as is", with no guarantee of availability or fitness for any purpose.

Your responsibility for content

You are responsible for the videos you clip, upload and export. Only use ClipToolbox with content you own or have the right to use. Do not use it to infringe copyright, or to process unlawful, harmful or infringing material. We may remove content or block access if we believe these terms are being broken.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to overload, probe or disrupt the service, resell it, or use it for bulk automated downloading.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service. Your sole remedy is to stop using it.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
